Widens network coverage by identifying and developing new area distributor while maintaining and growing the existing portfolio of dealers for sales growth and revenue target.
Responsible for strategic planning and successfully implementing marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s image, perceived values and objectives in the most cost effective manner.
This position shall be responsible in assessing the training needs of existing employees under the Retail division and develop and facilitate training programs to close the performance gap.
This position shall create training modules; facilitate training programs that will help newly hired Store Supervisors or other Retail operations employees to be immediately productive and minimal time to adjust.
The position shall also develop the leadership capabilities of supervisors and management through training and development program/s.
