Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

Takes charge of the operations and manpower management of assigned store and ensures attainment of sales quota per brand of assigned store/s.

Store-based employees schedule: 6 days a week

Job Description:
  • Implements store sales strategies to achieve given sales target per brand per store
  • Analyzes and solves problems and concerns affecting sales
  • Performs customer service and administrative functions in a store setting
  • Coordinates with brand coordinators matters regarding merchandise requests and reports stock movement and customer feedback
  • Manages actual selling and customer service
  • Conducts daily pep talks with sales staff to remind them of daily sales target and motivates them to perform at their best
  • Implements excellent customer service, attends and resolves customer complaints and performs customer relations
  • Oversees implementation of standard store operations and store personnel
  • Prepares weekly/monthly sales reports in coordination with the retail and concession sections
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must be a graduate of any four-year course with commendable scholastic records
  • With at least 3 years experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
  • Analytical, has good problem solving skills, good conflict/feedback management
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Exudes a very pleasant and positive demeanor or characteristic

Senior Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

Helps strengthen all marketing communication and trade marketing duties of the brand.

Job Description:
  • Handles costing, budget, item transmission, return of goods of outsourced PR groups for project implementation and within the company for marketing purposes
  • Serves as a coordinator of each event, print ads, TV and other media projects
  • Evaluates and innovates current and new marketing strategies such as creative input in TVC’s and print ads, constructive suggestion or voting, drafting of memos and telecast orders, gathering and evaluating feedback after marketing strategy was implemented
  • Takes note of concession requirements, suggests campaigns or concepts that can help highlight product lines and new activities that the brand can venture in and new suppliers to help freshen up the brand’s image
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Media, other business-related courses
  • With at least 2 years experience in brand/events management and digital marketing in a fashion-retail industry
  • Detail-oriented with ability to oversee projects from origin through execution
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written

Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

Responsible for establishing Marketing initiatives, above-the-line and below-the-line programs in most cost effective manner.

Job Description:
  • Utilizes various digital social media platforms to post ads for brand awareness of assigned brand and eventually sales conversion.
  • Prepares strategic Marketing plans and programs for the assigned brand and the cost effective budgetary requirement.
  • Creates Social Media Calendar for the assigned brand that will be the reference for the monthly product promotions.
