ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – PAYABLE

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing, checking and encoding accounts payable transactions.

Performs other accounting functions to support the operations of the company.

AUDIT ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

Ensures accurate and on time submission of inventory reconciliation of the store/brand assigned and promptly provides summary to recover amount of inventory losses.

Job Description:
  • Prepares inventory count schedule of assigned brand, process letters/permits needed
  • Monitors that all stores/brands assigned are periodically counted in a year
  • Prepares and computes deduction for inventory losses to be submitted to concession for reconciliation with the promos
  • Handles inventory reconciliation with sales personnel and discusses variances
  • Process clearances and checks records of sales personnel before releasing clearances
  • Ensures that all documents needed are in place, forwarded to Audit and properly filed

Job Summary:

Provides additional business/sales channels for the company outside of its core channels such as pop-up/temporary, company sale events, etc.

Assists in site acquisition and lesser coordination of permanent retail stores.

Assists in facilitating the roll out of incremental sales activities by coordinating with all involved departments.

Job Summary:

Job Description:
  • Monitors the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month
  • Prepares and effectively analyzes Sales reports of assigned stores, assesses feedback and understands sales trend to recommend solutions

Job Summary:

Assist the HR Manager in handling disciplinary, administrative, labor and criminal cases.

Responsible for providing general HR support by developing a working relationship between manpower agencies and brands.

Monitoring compliance of service providers on labor regulations.

Enlisting of service provider that will support the manpower requirement of the brand.

Responsible for performing critical and assigned HR function/s

Performs functions related to administrative support to the company and other HR functions such as Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Records keeping and Event coordination as directed by the HR Head.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Agency Related
    • Source and identifies potential service provider through applicable sourcing activities.
    • Provides computation of cost structure for new service providers, new wage hike, new deployment and special rates.
    • Coordinate and monitor the performance of existing service providers.
    • Monitors compliance of the service provides on General Labor Standards & Security of Tenure.
    • Monitors the expiration of the service agreement
    • Attend to the concerns of the brands pertaining to the service of manpower agencies. Arrange re-alignment meeting when necessary.
    • Consolidate and analyze monthly reports from service providers and brands.
  • Employee & Labor Relations

Fashion Stylist

Job Summary:

In charge of producing brand appropriate images for use in each brand’s campaign, material for look book, press releases, collaterals, digital posts, etc. He/ she is in charge of internally working with the Marketing Associates for the direction and product highlight per project and externally, source suppliers who can execute the desired look within the budget. He/she is also in charge of styling for fashion shows and other events where styling is required.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate with Marketing Manager/ Associates for photo shoot in terms of deadlines, direction, product highlight, etc.
  • Develops a deck for internal client’s approval
  • Sources photographer, models, hair and makeup artist, apparel, venue etc. and negotiates for best rates
  • Coordinates with Marketing Associate- PR copywriter for articles/ copies to go with the photo shoot images whether for press release, look book, digital content, etc.
