Job Summary:

Takes charge of the operations and manpower management of assigned store and ensures attainment of sales quota per brand of assigned store/s.

Store-based employees schedule: 6 days a week

Job Description:
  • Implements store sales strategies to achieve given sales target per brand per store
  • Analyzes and solves problems and concerns affecting sales

Job Summary:

Job Description:

Recruitment

  • Sources and identifies candidates for various job vacancies in the head office through applicable sourcing activities
  • Monitors efficiency of recruitment activities through different methods of assessment such as processing time, cost per hire, response rates, hire ratios, retention etc.
  • Evaluates and presents appropriate shortlist of applicants to department managers. Also provides department heads the recruitment progress

Loss Prevention and Security Assistant

Job Summary:

Prevents and minimizes all possible losses within retail and ensure compliance of all personnel to loss prevention policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

Job Description:
  • Conducts various methodologies to identify training needs of all Retail Division employees.
  • Analyzes training needs and maintains close communication with retail operations managers to discuss and develop new training programs and modifies and improves existing programs.
  • Plots training calendar for the quarter.
